HOME BREW – HONEY DEWIT
On 16, May 2012 | 2 Comments | In Home Brew | By Aaron
I just finished my second Home Brew. Well the beer is currently fermenting in Emily’s Laundry room.
I drove up to Listermann Brewing Co. and snagged a new kit. I love going to that place. It’s a small dusty warehouse by Xavier’s campus. You would miss it if you didn’t know it was there. They brew onsite so it always smells like grain and hops.

I always buy from their in house recipes. I brewed an Anchor Steam beer this past winter and it was delicious. It’s overwhelming when you love all beers to try and decide which one you’d like brew. Because one kit makes 48 beers. So you better enjoy it.

I chose a Honey Wheat Ale. Sounded right for summer.
While boiling up this batch I had a few Hudepohl Lagers. You can’t brew beer and not drink while you do it. That’d just be stupid.
With this batch I’m going to use some designs I made for the last batch and actually try to have branded bottles. Yeah it’s a little dorky. Don’t judge me.
Designs coming soon…
